William Shives has a vision for the future of his business, which currently employs 20 people. The funeral home will be part of a new development planned by Cason Development Group that will include residential and commercial space. The business will also offer a crematorium, which is another choice for those who choose cremation. But what are the options available to the community? How will a loved one’s wishes be honored? And what does a successful funeral service look like?
In his many roles, Mr. Medlin served his community as a funeral director and a U.S. Army veteran. He was also a longtime farmer and a member of Spears Creek Baptist Church.
